NO MORE Mortgage believes that many times people give quick advice that sounds good on the surface, but often cannot be implemented. Here is a good thought about a piece of financial counsel that is often heard.

Reduce Use of Credit Cards: Pay off those 18% to 19% cards and you’ll get that amount of “return” on your money.

Okay, let’s talk about this. NO MORE Mortgage believes that paying off those high interest rate cards is excellent advice. The problem is, telling you that it should be done and actually teaching you how are two different things. Simply advising people to stop using their credit cards is not going to fix the problem because it’s not getting at the root of why people are using those cards in the first place.

The reason that many people are using credit cards to live beyond their means is that they do not understand their emotions about money, which leads to uncontrolled spending. No one, and I mean no one, will be able to stop using high interest rate credit cards just because they know they shouldn’t. That’s like telling someone who needs to lose weight that they shouldn’t eat the double chocolate fudge brownie that’s put in front of them. Knowing what you should do and doing it are two different things.

There’s no way you are going to do what you should until you examine your emotions about spending, create a spending plan, and then track every expense according to that plan to reveal your true feelings about where and how you spend money. Once you become aware of your emotions and what you truly value, you can begin to prioritize spending, which will ultimately lead to a reduction in credit card debt.

Get to the ROOT of the problem, or it is likely the problem will not be solved, and it will come back. A bad habit is not corrected until it is identified and admitted, and usually we need help from a trusted partner or a very strong system to stay on track.

NO MORE Mortgage can help you get to the root of the problem while becoming a trusted partner in all of your financial difficulties.

I been working with a client now using NO MORE Mortgage for a couple weeks who found out that things were a bit tighter financially than they thought. After reviewing several things with them, I was able to make many suggestions that will increase this clients monthly cash flow by $440 a month.

I just got a call from them today, and they are very excited that they will be able to not only get all the benefits from No More Mortgage’s debt elimination program, but also be able to build their emergency much faster as well as have a couple hundred extra each month for wiggle room. They didn’t have enough to allow their boys to play sports this year and this is just what they needed to free up enough to pay for things like that.

It’s amazing how small adjustments can help so much.

NO MORE Mortgage would be pleased to see any federal measure that will help our clients avoid financial difficulty. Since many of our members encounter problems with medical expenses, a solution that will improve chances for ordinary families to avoid financial reversals due to major medical problems will be welcome.

One worry here at NO MORE Mortgage is that government sponsored programs tend to be inefficient and end up costing much more than originally forecast. When such burdens fall on taxpayers, and the public debt is increased, this puts a strain on the economy, which could cost jobs.

Another worry is that many clients of NO MORE Mortgage have lost jobs, and if they cannot find a new job before their unemployment benefits run out, then their health insurance will probably lapse as well. Right now this is a huge worry, and we believe our legislators can agree, even if they do not pass an entire overhaul of the system, that certain targeted improvements should be approved.

NO MORE Mortgage eliminates all of your debts, (including your mortgage) in about nine years.
While the debt-management programs you see advertised are limited to helping you with your unsecured debt such as credit-cards, our program eliminates all of your debt including your mortgage, car loans, student loans, credit cards, personal loans, medical bills, etc. The more debt you have, the more we can help!

Minimal increase to monthly payments!
Unlike companies who charge a lot of money for a limited amount of coaching (teaching you to scrimp on your budget so you can pay more each month toward your debts), our fees are built into the program and are a small percentage of the savings we create for you. Since 1996, thousands of our clients across the country have proven that they can be completely debt free in about nine years.

Our program preserves your good credit.

While debt-management programs are effective in hardship cases, their process of renegotiating with your existing creditors can have a negative effect on your credit. In contrast, our program preserves your good credit. While we are not in the business of credit repair, your credit scores improve as a natural result of making timely payments and eliminating debt.

Big savings in interest.
Interest savings of $50,000 to $100,000 and more are typical with our program. Our earnings are based on how much we can save you, so we have every incentive to save you as much as we possibly can.

Avoid the home loan debt-consolidation trap.
How many people do you know that refinance to put their credit-card debt against their home every few years, pyramiding their debt, and putting their home at greater risk? We get you out of that cycle, as we actually eliminate all of your debt.

We automate the process.
(This is one of the keys to our extraordinary success rate.)
No longer will you have the monthly hassle of making your debt payments. Everything can be professionally handled for you with 100% safety and security. You can go online whenever you wish to watch the transactions and see your progress. We reduce your stress, save you time, and ensure your success — which allows you to focus more on being successful with your career and your family.

Over a 95% client success rate!
While expensive self-help programs have very high failure rates, we ensure the success of your program by taking care of everything for you. The program is flexible. We stay with you through moves, life changes, and even income disruptions, with unlimited coaching and consulting, until you are completely debt-free. While clients are free to terminate our services at any time, they are so happy with the convenience and bottom-line results that they virtually never drop out.

NO MORE Mortgage Financial Tool Kit.
Everyone who enrolls in our Homeowner’s Debt Elimination Program receives the finest personal finance education and savings program ever created. Beginning with a high-impact video, this powerful program will inspire you and your family to be pulling in the same direction with your finances that we are. It will forever change the way you think about your money and will save you a minimum of $100 to $300 per month. This kit can be purchased separately and the purchase price will be credited back to you if you enroll in our full program.

What is the catch?
While everyone can benefit from our NO MORE Mortgage Financial Tool Kit, unfortunately, not everyone qualifies for our full-service Homeowner’s Debt Elimination Program. Primarily homeowners with three or more non-mortgage debts (totaling $10,000 or more) will benefit the most from this program. It usually requires at least a fair credit score to enable us to create a program with significant leverage against your debts. Those with poor credit can also qualify if they have more equity in their home.

We can quickly determine if you qualify. With our highly sophisticated computer system, we can provide you with an analysis that will show exactly how much money we can save you, and how soon you will be completely debt free. If you do not qualify for our programs, we are happy to refer you to the most effective alternative solution for your particular situation. To learn why clients of NO MORE Mortgage are so happy with their experience, call us toll-free at 1.800.598.1657, or request a free analysis.

NO MORE Mortgage was founded in Orem, Utah with the mission of reversing the tide of consumer debt in America. Its comprehensive approach to professionally managed debt elimination, combined with ongoing financial education, results in clients who enjoy interest savings of $20,000 to $200,000 or more, while eliminating all of their debt, including their mortgage, in an average of nine years or less.
